What data we process, and why.

Flamia is privacy-first by design: clear scopes, explicit controls, and reversible sharing. This page summarizes collection, processing, retention and user rights.

Data we collect

  • Account details (email, name, locale, account settings).
  • Ledger/import data you enter or upload (bets, notes, portfolios, strategies).
  • Images you submit for AI parsing workflows.
  • Flamia IQ and Daily progress (XP, streaks, levels, leaderboard state).
  • Operational and security logs (timestamps, IP, abuse signals).

Payments

Billing runs through Stripe. Flamia stores plan/subscription metadata, not full card numbers.

AI processing

When you trigger parsing or AI review features, relevant data can be sent to approved AI providers to return structured outputs.

Retention

  • Core account and ledger data are kept until deletion/export actions are requested.
  • Import inbox media follows plan-based TTL rules and auto-expiration.
  • Account deletion is completed within the retention/deletion window defined in-app.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not place bets for users.
  • We do not expose verified-profile fields you did not choose to share.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you can request access, correction, export, portability, restriction, objection or deletion of personal data.

Security

We use transport encryption, controlled access and integrity checks (including hash-chained ledger protections).
