Terms of Use
Clear terms for a serious analytics product.
These terms define what Flamia provides, what it does not provide, and how plans, data, and account responsibilities work in practice.
What Flamia is
Flamia is software for tracking and analyzing betting activity. We are not a bookmaker, not a deposit wallet, and not a betting-advice service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally allowed to use this type of software where you live.
Plans, billing and renewals
- Plans include Free, Starter, Pro, Elite, and sales-led Teams.
- Payments and renewals are processed by Stripe.
- Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades/cancellations apply at period end.
- Annual billing charges 11 months (1 month free) unless stated otherwise.
No guarantees
AI outputs, CLV metrics, risk alerts and projections are informational. They may be imperfect and do not guarantee future results.
Acceptable use
- No fraud, abuse, or manipulation of bookmakers or counterparties.
- No use by unlicensed operators where prohibited by law.
- No data manipulation intended to mislead third parties.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or resale of restricted product data.
Verified profile
Verification reflects ledger/data integrity, not promised outcomes. We can revoke verification when integrity or abuse concerns are detected.
Your data and account control
You can export your data and request account deletion. Processing and retention details are defined in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flamia is not liable for betting losses or indirect/consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
